ALERT PRO CONNECTED (PRO2000) launched in 2023 utilises the same asbestos detection technology as the ALERT PRO (PRO1000) with the additional benefit of cellular connectivity to remotely communicate its data directly the PC or smart device of those who need to know.
An IoT device, ALERT's location can be tracked using GPS and the its real-time data transmitted to the ALERT CONNECT platform for users anywhere in the world to access (provided the device has signal). If signal is lost, ALERT will store the data and transmit it as soon as connectivity is re-established.

SHORT TERM & SPORADIC FIBRE RELEASE
Current air sampling methods provide an average concentration of fibres for the period of sampling as opposed to ALERT which offers a more detailed understanding of risk throughout the sampling period.
Not only does ALERT noffer the first real-time alarm it's brand new data set allows users to see and understand exactly when fibre levels are increasing or decreasing throughout the sampling period. Armed with this information, the cause can be identified and the activity redressed, or if not possible, the asbestos prioritised for removal.
Short term and sporadic fibre releases would largely be missed but new medical research indicates the devastating effects of long term, low level exposure demonstrated by rising numbers of asbestos victims not exposure through working with asbestos but working in old buildings containing degrading and damaged asbestos - such as teachers, nurses, public sector workers.

Time-stamped airborne fibre (purple) and particles (green) levels are captured in 10 second intervals across an active sampling session which are displayed in realtime on the unit and also on CONNECT (allowing for transmission of data).
View the information in graphical or tabulated formats and choose your preferred time aggregate to display the data in as much granularity as required.
Asbestos warnings and alarms are clearly illustrated along with the time taken for ALERT to reach the statistical confidence to go into Warning or Alarm state (see the red or yellow horizontal bars).
